Terms of service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms apply to your use of 8775kosher.com and to any order you place with 877-5-KOSHER ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and kosher information

We describe each phone's features, filtering and kosher certification as accurately as we can, based on information from the manufacturer. Manufacturers may update software, features or certifications at any time. If something on our site doesn't match the phone you received, contact us.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. "Other stores" prices are what other retailers or the manufacturer charge for the same item. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Some items are ordered from the manufacturer after you buy them; we'll tell you if there's a delay.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, can't verify payment, or can't fulfill it, and we'll refund any amount charged.

Shipping, returns and replacements

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 7-day replacement for defective phones. Both are part of these terms.

Warranty

Phones are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. Except for our 7-day replacement and any rights you have under law, we don't offer a separate warranty, and our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Promotions

Promotions, such as a free case with a phone, apply only while offered, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time.

Using our site

Don't misuse the site, try to interfere with it, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on this site, including our name, logo and photos, belongs to us or to the product manufacturers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
