Free shipping on every phone order
Every order that includes a phone ships free within the United States, including any cases or accessories in the same order. Orders with only cases or accessories ship by UPS Ground, with the shipping cost shown at checkout, and free on orders over $150. Every order comes with a tracking number sent to you by email.
Express shipping
Need it faster? Choose Express at checkout for $30. Express orders ship by faster UPS service and usually arrive 1 to 2 business days after they ship.
When your order ships
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We don't ship on Shabbos or Yom Tov, so orders placed on those days ship on the next business day. If an item has to be ordered from the manufacturer, we'll let you know the expected ship date.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on where you live. Many customers in the Northeast get their phones sooner. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; once a package has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you resolve it.
