Questions
How do I order?
Choose a phone above, tap Buy now, and check out. It takes about 2 minutes, and you'll get an order confirmation by email.
Is paying safe?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's secure payment system, and your card details are never shared with us.
How fast will my phone arrive?
We ship fast with free UPS shipping, and you'll get a tracking number by email. Standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location. Many customers in the Northeast receive their phones even sooner!
What if my phone is defective?
Email us at info@kkosher.com or call us at 1-877-5-KOSHER within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free. After 7 days, the phone is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll connect you with them directly.
Can I return a phone I don't want?
Because we keep our prices low, we can't accept returns on phones that work as described. Please make sure you're choosing the right model before you order.
Who can help me set up my phone?
For setup and how-to questions, the phone's manufacturer has the best answers. Email us and we'll send you their contact details.
Are these phones kosher-approved?
Yes. Our Fig, Wonder and Fusion phones are TAG approved, and every phone's page shows its kosher certification. Each page also lists exactly what it can and can't do, like texting, camera and Waze, so you can pick the right one for your home.
